Join the Community Gospel Choir of St. Louis as rehearsals resume on January 7.
The first choir’s first rehearsal of 2019 is on Monday, January 7 at 6 pm at 9030 Clayton Rd, St. Louis, MO 63117 (2nd Baptist Church). Under the leadership of Director Suzanne Palmer, this exciting choir brings unity to community, using Gospel music to break down racial, cultural, and economic barriers. Join the choir as it unites God’s people through song. No auditions. All singers welcome who support our mission and are willing to learn and memorize the music. Gospel music is learned by rote and by reading from scores. The choir rehearses every Monday evening and makes about 12 appearances each year including 4 or 5 concerts featuring the choir.
The Community Gospel Choir is a non-profit organization, supported by donations from members, audiences and sponsors.
